True to Cabernet Sauvignon from our terroir – a plush, full bodied Barossan red. Ripe cabernet grapes from the usual six rows of our Sobels block harvested in April 2022. The juice was fermentedon site in open fermenters. pressed using a WaterBag press, and matured for 18months in French oak barrels. It i snotable for it sblack berry fruits and earthiness.

It has very good length on the palate and is expected to cellar to 2032 .
